We’re excited to be part of your special moments. Before we get started, here are some simple terms and conditions to help us serve you better and ensure a smooth experience together.
By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Don’t worry — everything’s designed to protect both you and us
This document serves as the general agreement between Naystudios (“Photographer”) and the client (“Client”) for photography services, including weddings, portraits, model shoots, products, and events. By paying the retainer, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. The Basics
- Before confirming a session, Naystudios will provide:
- Location(s) of the shoot
- Coverage duration
- List of deliverables (e.g., number of edited images, albums, framed prints, etc.)
- Turnaround time for each item (see Timeline section)
Clients are encouraged to:
- Share tentative event timelines
- Be ready 15 minutes before session start
- Appoint a family/friend to assist with phone photography for guests during weddings
2. Payment Terms
- Booking Retainer: RM100 (non-refundable) to confirm the date
- Full Payment: Due at least 3 days before the event/shoot via online transfer or cash
Add-ons:
- Extra hour: RM100/hour
- Makeup coverage: RM200
- Thumbdrive: Upon request with extra charges
Payment must be made to the official Naystudios account.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by the client:
- Booking retainer is non-refundable
- Refunds for full payments are partial and depend on notice and preparation already undertaken
Rescheduling:
- Allowed once with a minimum of 48-hour notice
- Subject to availability of the new date
- If Naystudios is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement photographer may be arranged or a full refund will be issued.
4. Coverage & Add-ons
Type of Shoot - Max Coverage Time
Nikah: 2–3 hours
Resepsi (Sanding): 4–5 hours
Bertandang: 4–5 hours
Tunang: 3 hours (event + outdoor)
Outdoor: 1–2 hours
Mini Outdoor: 15 minutes (post-nikah)
Pre/Post-wedding: 1–2 hours
Aqiqah/Birthday: 4 hours max
Extra charges apply if sessions exceed allotted time: RM180/hour.
Client will be notified before extra time begins.
5. Delivery Timeline
Item - Delivery Time
RAW (unedited) Photos: 7–14 days
Edited Photos: 7–14 days after selection
Album: Within 60 days
Frame: 15–30 days
Final Products: Within 60 days (depends on approval & changes)
Photos will be delivered via Google Drive. For weddings, edited photos will only include selected shots for the album.
6. Creative Direction
Naystudios will:
- Maintain creative control over styling, tone, and output of the shoot
- Accept reasonable revision requests
- However, creative work may not be rejected based on subjective preferences or in comparison to other photographers’ work.
- Clients are welcome to suggest poses or concepts, but Naystudios retains final decision-making for style, editing, and selection.
7. Model Release & Usage
- By booking with Naystudios, clients:
- Grant the right to use their photos/videos or likeness in portfolios, social media, ads, websites, and promotional content without compensation.
- May opt out of this by requesting in writing before the shoot date.
8. Copyright & Image Use
- Naystudios retains full copyright of all images.
- Clients may use photos for personal use (print, post on social media, etc.)
- Commercial or third-party usage requires written permission.
- Clients are not allowed to:
- Re-edit the photos
- Sell the images
- Distribute images for editorial or commercial purposes without consent
9. Liability & Force Majeure
Naystudios is not liable for:
- Acts of nature (rain, floods, etc.)
- Venue restrictions
- Accidents, technical issues, or events outside of its control
10. How to Complete the Agreement
Clients are advised to:
- Provide full name and event/shoot details
- Confirm package, location, and total cost
- Make payment as per schedule
- Accept these terms by confirming and paying the booking retainer
Note: A signed document is not necessary. Confirmation and retainer payment act as a digital agreement.
